B.Magazine is a brand we developed at Mondeas Media for a client, Buy Rent Kenya, who was looking to leverage the luxury property and lifestyle market in East Africa, 2015--2017. The magazine, website and social media channels acted as a guide to upmarket dining and leisure experiences across East Africa and provided a way for brands to access the local high-end and luxury property marketplaces. Rand Pearson served as its Editorial and Creative Director overseeing up to 15 staff members. As its creative contributor, he photographed and wrote several articles and designed covers and feature spreads—from concept to layout.
