As COO and Executive Creative Director of Publicis Groupe affiliate agency in Nairobi, Kenya (Homeboyz/Publicis One) Rand Pearson oversaw the strategic development and creative execution of Nestle Kenya's rollout of its new coffee consumer product for the market, Nescafe 3 in 1. This included development of a 360 degree marketing campaign, including traditional advertising, ground activations, digital marketing and producing and directing the campaign's signature television commercial.
