From 2008 to 2017, Rand Pearson served as co-founder, editor and creative director of Nairobi's edgy, alternative culture and current affairs magazine with a monthly readership of over 60,000. Key management responsibilities included leading up to 15 staff and overseeing the day to day content production, PR and brand marketing operations of the print and digital platforms.
